If you do not have a PeopleCert account, you will have to create a new one before accessing.
STEP 1 – REDEEM YOUR Peoplecert VOUCHER CODE
As soon as you log into their PeopleCert Account you will be presented with a Welcome Screen. In this screen, you will have the option to navigate amongst several options but importantly, you will be able to redeem the voucher by filling in the voucher code in the respective field.PeopleCert allows you to set up access to the reference guide (known as the ebook) for some exams. In such cases, continue with steps 2 then 3 before moving to step 4. For exams for which PeopleCert does not provide an ebook, skip steps 2 and 3, and jump directly to step 4.

STEP 2 – SELECT THE EBOOK LANGUAGE
As soon as a Voucher is submitted, a confirmation screen will appear, verifying the action and asking you to choose the language of preference for the eBook about to be opened.
STEP 3 – ACCESS YOUR EBOOK
Upon completion of the ‘redeem process’, you are presented with a new screen with a notification red dot that will show that there is a new eBook available in the library.
Access your eBook online
In the new Books tab, you will be able to access your eBook Online.
Access your eBook offline
To access your eBook offline on your preferred device, you’ll need to download the VitalSource Bookshelf app, available for:
Desktop: Windows, Mac, Chromebook
Mobile: iOS, Android, Kindle
For Laptop or Desktop Devices:
- Log in to your PeopleCert Account and go to the “Books” tab.
- Select ebook, open it and click on the three dots and select “Read offline”.
- To the left you will options to download the app for Mac or Windows and Chromebook.
- Follow instructions to download and launch Bookshelf on your device. After launch, download the ebook once by clicking on Download button next to or bottom of the book. You are done.
For Mobile Devices:
- Log in to your PeopleCert Account, go to the “Books” tab, Select ebook, open it and click on the three dots and select “Read offline”.
- To the left you will options to download the app for iOS, iPadOS and Android.
- Follow instructions to download and launch Bookshelf on your device. After launch, download the ebook once by clicking on Download button next to or bottom of the book. You are done
Once your eBook is downloaded in the mobile app, it will remain available for offline reading. You won’t need to return to your PeopleCert account to access it again.
Note that there may be minor changes to the above instructions due to improvements by PeopleCert time to time.
What browsers are supported for eBooks?
Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported for Online reading.
Supported Browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera, Mobile Safari, Chrome for Android.
Applications for Offline Reading are iOS, Android, Kindle Fire, Mac, Microsoft Store, Chromebook.

What if I already use VitalSource Bookshelf?
I ALREADY HAVE THE VITALSOURCE BOOKSHELF APPLICATION INSTALLED TO ACCESS OTHER EBOOKS. CAN I READ ALL MY EBOOKS FROM THERE?
Yes. The books will be automatically loaded into Bookshelf. You will need to click the book once to complete any pending download and you are all set then.
I HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED THE VITALSOURCE OFFLINE APPLICATION. DO I HAVE TO REINSTALL IT AGAIN?
No, once an ebook is visible in your PeopleCert account, it will be automatically loaded into Bookshelf. You will need to click the book once to complete any pending download and you are all set then.
Step 4: Now you can schedule your exam date and time.
To book your exam, please follow instructions on https://www.peoplecert.org/candidate-registration
Concerning the scheduling of exam, please make sure that you log in to existing PeopleCert account, and from the “Overview” tab click on “Select Your Exam Timeslot”. Then, you will be prompted to the scheduler to pick a date and time slot of your preference: https://www.peoplecert.org/en/overview.
In case you face any issues, you can request that PeopleCert schedule the exam on your behalf, as long as all personal details are filled in and you provide with the following details:
– Preferable date(s) of exam (up until the voucher’s expiration date).
– Preferable start time of exam (we suggest providing us with more than one timeslots).
– Timezone.
– Exam language; if your native language is different from the exam language, you will be automatically eligible for 25% extra time for your exam.
– Proctor’s language; in case you want to choose a different language than English, it might limit the available timeslots to schedule your exam.
– If you want to be included in Axelos Successful Candidates Register.
If we cannot find the exact preferred timeslots, PeopleCert will book the exam based on the closest slots according to your preference and our availability.
Also, in order for PeopleCert to proceed with the schedulings, it is necessary that all personal information is filled in on your account, which is the following:
– Native Language
– Gender
– Country
– City
– Postal Address
– Postal Code
– Birth Date
– Mobile Phone
– Valid ID Type
– ID Number
– Photo ID Issue Date
– State/Province (in case of residence in the USA)
In case you cannot edit your account, PeopleCert can do it on your behalf, as long as you upload a valid ID document on your PeopleCert account. You can use one of the following ID documents:
– Passport
– Driver’s license
– Social security card
– Military card
You can upload documents on your PeopleCert account, from the top right corner by clicking on “Personal Info”. When the page loads, click on the “My Files” option to find the section upload your file: https://www.peoplecert.org/profile.
Once uploaded, please provide PeopleCert with your confirmation, as well as your written consent, so PeopleCert can proceed with the amendments. The details which are not reflected on the ID document can be included on your e-mail. PeopleCert want to highlight the aforementioned process, as it is a mandatory requirement to have all the above personal information filled in, in accordance with the registered ID document, for the verification process prior to your exam start time in online exams. The complete profile is also needed so you can receive the relevant results.
For you to get your desired Exam slot, we recommend our candidates to schedule exam minimum of 60 days prior to expiration of voucher. If you are not ready to schedule your exam, please email us minimum 10 days prior to expiration for extension of your e-learning and exam voucher by paying applicable additional fees.**
** If you contact us after your voucher expires, you will have to purchase a new exam voucher.
Step 5: “Check in to the exam” to fill in your exam location. This is not the start of the actual exam.
Step 6: Now you can perform your system compatibility test for the exam site. Please ensure you do this minimum 1 week before the exam so that you can resolve any technical issues.
Once scheduled, you will see the date and time of your exam on the “Overview” tab of your account and you will also receive an automated e-mail regarding your exam. Step 7: Log in to your exam. This will be allowed up to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
