The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) course is about utilizing service management, adopting best practices, and using the ITIL service value system (SVS) framework to facilitate value co-creation in organizations. This course is delivered in a classroom using a case study and exercises that are designed to enhance the participant’s understanding of ITIL® 4. Participants who have completed this course, and have done some self-study, are suitably prepared to take the associated ITIL® 4 CDS exam.

Prerequisites
